The production of:
Shelled dried chestnuts

is strictly traditional, making use of a low flame drying process for a period of 25 - 30 days , after which the chestnuts are shelled and selected.

"DEL PRETE" CHESTNUTS

The production of:

"Del prete" chestnuts
is strictly traditional, making use of a low flame drying process for a period of days 25 - 30 , after which the chestnuts are selected, calibrated and toasted in ovens at 150° centigrade.
